Sizing Guide
Important: We measure our garments flat.
How to Find Your Fit (The No-Stress Way)
Skip the dressing room drama. Grab your favorite-fitting tee from your drawer, lay it out flat on a hard surface, and grab a ruler.
1. The Chest (Width): Measure straight across the chest from one armpit seam to the other.
2. The Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (right next to the collar) straight down to the very bottom hem.
The Panic Club Rule of Thumb: Compare those two numbers to our size chart. If you’re stuck between sizes, size up. More fabric means a better social shield and more room to breathe.
On mobile? Scroll sideways on the table below — it's all there, we promise. We'd have made it smaller but then you couldn't read it, which felt like the wrong trade-off.
