Shipping & The "Wait" Game

Free shipping on orders $70+ because you’ve got enough to worry about—shipping costs shouldn't be on the list.

We generally ship within 7 days. We aren’t rushing, and we hope you aren’t either. Once USPS takes the handoff, expect it in 2–5 days. You can track the tracking number until your eyes hurt or just act surprised when it arrives—both are valid.

The "No Extra Stress" Returns

If your gear shows up damaged or defective, we’ll fix it. We’re here to help, not add to your to-do list.

Defective items: Full refund. No "explaining yourself" required.

The Clock: Let us know within 30 days.

The Condition: Keep it unwashed and unworn (standard "I haven't lived in this yet" rules).

Talk to Us: Email help@panic-club.com. You’ll reach a real person who gets it.

We aren't a giant, soulless machine. If there’s an issue, just tell us. We’re all just trying to exist without the extra drama.

The "Don't Panic" Laundry Guide

Look, we know you’re going to wear this shirt until the seams give up, but let’s try to delay the inevitable. Treat this garment-dyed cotton with the same gentle care you wish people would treat your nervous system.

The Wash Cycle (Keep it Chill)
Cold water only. Hot water is for overachievers and people who have their lives together. We aren't them.

Turn it inside out. Protect the graphic from the harsh reality of the washing machine. It’s sensitive in there.

Use gentle detergent. This shirt is currently peak "chill." Let’s keep it that way.

The first wash might bleed. It’s just expressing its feelings. Wash it solo or with other darks so it doesn't ruin your "fancy" clothes (the ones without the jokes).

The Drying Situation
Air dry if you can. It prevents shrinking and gives you more time to stare at a wall and eat snacks.

Tumble dry on LOW. If you must use the machine, keep the heat down. High heat is a sensory nightmare for cotton.

Empty the dryer immediately. If you leave it in there for three days, it will wrinkle, and we both know you aren't going to iron it.

Additional Pro-Tips
No bleach. It’s too aggressive. We’re going for a vibe, not a chemical peel.

Skip the fabric softener. It messes with the texture. This shirt is already soft enough to cry in; it doesn't need help.

Don't iron the print. If you absolutely have to iron (who are you?), turn it inside out or use a cloth. Ironing the graphic directly is a great way to ruin your day.

The "Need to Know" Stuff

How do these shirts actually fit?

Our gear is unisex and has a relaxed, "lived-in" feel. We use flat-lay measurements (found on the size chart) because we know trying things on in a cramped dressing room is a sensory nightmare. If you like a baggy "shield from the world" fit, size up.

Is the shipping really free?

Yes, if your cart hits $70 or more. We hate hidden fees as much as we hate unexpected phone calls. If you're under $35, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout—no jump scares, we promise.

When will my order actually arrive?

We aren’t a giant warehouse run by robots. We usually ship within 7 days. Once it’s with USPS, it’s typically another 2–5 days to your door. You’ll get a tracking link so you can check its status whenever you need a distraction.

What if I hate it or it doesn't fit?

We want you to love what you wear. If your item is damaged or we sent the wrong thing, we’ll refund you or swap it out, no interrogation required. Just reach out to help@panic-club.com within 30 days and keep the item unwashed and unworn.

Will the color bleed in the wash?

Because our shirts are garment-dyed (for that vintage, soft feel), they might "express their feelings" during the first wash. Wash them in cold water with similar colors or on their own the first time to keep your other clothes safe. For future washes try to keep it cool.
